Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 lb. pork and beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can red beans
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • hot peppers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then drain the excess fat.
  2. Combine the cooked ground beef, pork and beans, red beans, ketchup, and mustard in a 3-quart saucepan.
  3. Simmer the mixture for about 10 minutes before serving.
