Ingredients

  • 1 (4 to 5 lb.) rolled beef roast
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Place roast in slow cooker and sprinkle with soup mix.
  2. Cook at high setting (300°) for 7 to 8 hours for rare; 9 to 10 hours for medium.
  3. Cool slightly for better slicing.
  4. Skim any fat from broth.
  5. Serve warm in broth.
