Ingredients

  • 2 boned chicken breasts
  • 2 pieces dried beef
  • 1/2 piece bacon
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 16 oz. carton sour cream

Instructions

  1. Roll each chicken breast.
  2. Wrap 2 pieces of dried beef around each rolled chicken breast.
  3. Wrap 1/2 piece of uncooked bacon around each rolled chicken breast.
  4. Place the chicken rolls in a baking dish.
  5. Mix the two cans of cream of mushroom soup with the sour cream.
  6. Pour the mushroom and sour cream mixture over the chicken rolls.
  7. Bake uncovered for 3 hours at 250°F.
