Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 cups turkey, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can peas and carrots
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 cup broth
  • 1 package stuffing mix

Instructions

  1. Place chopped turkey, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, peas and carrots, and chicken broth in a large casserole dish.
  2. Mix together oleo, broth, and stuffing mix until combined.
  3. Crumble the stuffing mixture on top of the turkey mixture in the casserole dish.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
