Ingredients

  • 1 box rosamarina macaroni
  • Juice from 1 can chunk pineapple
  • Juice from 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cans chunk pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, mix sugar and flour.
  2. Whisk eggs and add to the juices from the canned pineapple and mandarin oranges.
  3. Cook until the mixture thickens.
  4. Add the cooked and drained macaroni, drained pineapple chunks, and mandarin oranges to the mixture.
  5. Fold in 3/4 cup of Cool Whip.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
