Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cans crushed pineapple
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound rosamarina (cooked, drained, and cooled)
  • 2 medium containers Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, eggs, crushed pineapple, mandarin oranges, flour, and salt in a saucepan.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook until thickened, then allow to cool.
  3. Add the cooked, drained, and cooled rosamarina to the cooled mixture.
  4. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until well combined.
  5. Chill before serving.
