Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 slices white bread
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 (7 oz.) can coconut

Instructions

  1. Trim crust from bread and cut into strips.
  2. Dip bread strips into Eagle Brand milk.
  3. Roll dipped bread in shredded coconut.
  4. Lay the coated bread on a well-buttered cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at about 350°F until golden brown.
