Cheese Struedel
A delicious and easy cheese strudel with creamy filling and flaky crescent dough, perfect for dessert or a sweet snack for family gatherings or special occasions.

Instructions
- Mix together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg yolk to create the filling.
- Spread one package of crescent rolls in a 13 x 9-inch pan, pinching at perforations to keep from separating.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
- Spread the second stretched crescent dough over the top of the filling.
- Brush the top with beaten egg white.
- Bake in a glass pan at 325°F for 25 to 30 minutes, or in a metal pan at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
