Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp. lemon flavoring

Instructions

  1. Dip a rosette iron in hot grease to heat it.
  2. Then dip the hot iron into the batter to coat it.
  3. Immediately remove the iron from the batter and dip it into hot grease to fry the rosette until golden brown.
  4. Carefully remove the rosette from the iron and drain on paper towels.
