Ingredients

  • 1 small package Good Seasons
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp sour cream
  • pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese, Good Seasons seasoning, chopped pimentos, and sour cream until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into one large or two small cheese balls.
  3. Combine ground pecans and parsley, then roll the cheese ball(s) in the mixture to coat evenly.
  4. Serve with crackers.
