Ingredients

  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 3 slices soft bread, cubed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cans (1 lb. each) red salmon, bone and skin removed

Instructions

  1. Beat egg slightly and mix with milk, butter, bread cubes, salt, and salmon, blending well.
  2. Pack firmly in a greased 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Cover with wax paper.
  4. Microwave on High for 9 to 11 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 5 minutes.
  5. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
