Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cherry Jell-O
  • 2 Tbsp. red-hot candies
  • 1 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 2 c. chopped apples
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, stir the gelatin and red-hot candies into boiling water until dissolved.
  2. Chill the mixture until it is partially set.
  3. Fold in the chopped apples, chopped celery, and chopped pecans.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 1-quart serving bowl.
  5. Chill until firm, at least 4 hours.
