Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) boxes raspberry Jell-O
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 3/4 c. celery, finely chopped
  • 3/4 c. Port wine or cranberry juice
  • 1 c. pecans, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the raspberry Jell-O in boiling water.
  2. Add all ingredients except the nuts.
  3. When the Jell-O begins to congeal, fold in the chopped pecans.
  4. Chill the salad overnight before serving.
