Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
  • 4 slices white bread, soaked in milk
  • 1/2 lb. soft butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Grind the chicken through a meat grinder or chop very fine. Combine with softened bread (squeezed dry), butter, salt, and pepper and beat until smooth.
  2. Shape the mixture into oval patties and roll in bread crumbs.
  3. Fry the patties for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
