Ingredients

  • 2 c. boiled, mashed rutabaga
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 2 well beaten eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix the boiled, mashed rutabaga, soft bread crumbs, beaten eggs, sugar, and melted butter together well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a well-greased casserole dish.
  4. Bake for 1 hour until golden and set.
