Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oleo or butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 1/4 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the oleo or butter and brown sugar.
  2. Boil the mixture for 1 minute.
  3. Cool slightly, then add the milk and mix well.
  4. Add the vanilla and powdered sugar, and mix until smooth.
  5. If the icing is too thin, add more powdered sugar.
