Instructions
- Cream (6 on mixer) butter.
- Add flour and icing sugar.
- Whip (6-8 on mixer) until light and fluffy, upto 10 minutes
- Pipe or spoon onto 1 inch balls. Top with decoration, (ie. kiss, chocolate ginger, jam, choclate coffee, etc)
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until just starting to golden on the edges.
- Remove from pan, cool on rack.
