Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. rye flour
  • 1/2 c. wheat flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 1/3 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Sift the rye and wheat flour, salt and baking powder.
  2. Add the milk, then eggs (well beaten).
  3. Beat thoroughly and use all batter.
