Tips & Substitutions

For a richer flavor, consider using a higher quality dark chocolate instead of unsweetened chocolate. If you want a gluten-free version, substitute the all-purpose flour with a 1:1 gluten-free flour blend. You can also use apricot preserves instead of raspberry for a different twist. Ensure the chocolate chips are melted slowly to avoid burning.

Serving Suggestions

Serve Sacher Bites as a delightful dessert at gatherings or with coffee for a cozy treat. They pair beautifully with Strawberries Elizabeth for a refreshing contrast. You can also dust them with powdered sugar or serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an indulgent experience.

Storage & Reheating

Store leftover Sacher Bites in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. If you want to keep them fresher for longer, refrigerate them for up to two weeks. To enjoy them warm, simply microwave them for a few seconds, being careful not to melt the chocolate drizzle.
