Savory baked chicken breasts wrapped with bacon and dried beef, topped with creamy mushroom sauce, perfect for comforting family dinners or special gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, split in half, boned and skinned
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 8 slices dried beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 pint sour cream
  • butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Take a piece of bacon, place a chicken breast on top, then a slice of dried beef, roll and stick with a toothpick.
  2. Grease a loaf pan.
  3. Place the prepared chicken breasts in the pan.
  4. Mix the cream of mushroom soup with the sour cream.
  5. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts and dot with butter or margarine.
  6. Bake at 275°F (135°C) for 1 hour and 45 minutes, uncovered.
