Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs or 3 egg yolks
  • 1 c. vinegar (4%; if 5% add 1 Tbsp. water)
  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1 small can milk

Instructions

  1. Bring
  2. to a boil the vinegar and water.
  3. Add milk and bring back to a boil.
