Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 plum tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup fresh peas
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil
  • Romaine or Boston leaf lettuce

Instructions

  1. Dice cucumber, tomatoes, and green pepper.
  2. Mix diced vegetables with fresh peas.
  3. Mince fresh basil and add to the mixture.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a lettuce leaf.
  5. Roll up the lettuce leaf with the filling inside.
  6. Secure with toothpicks and serve.
