Tips & Substitutions
For a smoother texture, blend the ingredients in batches if your blender is small. You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less hot pepper sauce based on your preference. If fresh tomatoes are not in season, a quality canned tomato can be a great substitute. Consider using Herb Vinegar for an extra flavor boost.
Serving Suggestions
Serve your gazpacho in chilled bowls for an elegant presentation. Garnish with diced cucumbers or croutons for added texture. It pairs beautifully with Onion And Tomato Salad for a refreshing meal. Consider serving alongside crusty bread or as part of a Mediterranean recipes spread.
Storage & Reheating
Store leftover gazpacho in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The flavors will meld and improve over time. Avoid reheating as gazpacho is traditionally served cold. If you prefer it chilled, stir well before serving and add fresh herbs for a refreshing touch.
