Salade Camargaise
Ingredients
- 1 cup prepared jasmine rice
- 1 chicken breast, grilled and diced
- 1 cup ham steak, grilled and diced
- 1 cup pork sausage, grilled and diced ⓘ
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved ⓘ
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup sliced radishes ⓘ
- 1 can artichoke hearts, halved
- 1 red bell pepper, diced ⓘ
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced ⓘ
- 1 green bell pepper, diced ⓘ
- 1 bunch scallions, diced
- 1/2 cup champagne vinegar ⓘ
- 1/3 cup good olive oil ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix all the vegetables, meats and rice together.
- Mix the champagne vinegar and olive oil with the mustard and dress.
