Salami Bread

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the thawed bread dough on a floured surface.
- If the dough is difficult to roll, sprinkle water on the surface to help it stick.
- Layer slices of Genoa salami and mozzarella over the dough.
- Roll the dough like a jelly roll, starting at the long end.
- Seal the ends with water to prevent filling from escaping.
- Place the rolled dough on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and baste with the beaten egg white mixture.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown.
