Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 package dry quick-rising yeast

  • 4 cups flour

Instructions

  2. Let the milk mixture cool until tepid (95°F).
  3. Dissolve the yeast in 1/4 cup of tepid water.
  4. Using an electric mixer, beat the eggs, then add the milk mixture, the yeast water, and finally the flour.
  5. Beat until smooth, about 5 minutes.
