Ingredients

  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • corn

Instructions

  1. Combine vinegar, sugar, water, and salt in a pot and bring to a rolling boil.
  2. Add fresh corn to the boiling mixture and cook briefly until tender.
  3. Transfer the corn and pickling liquid into sterilized jars.
  4. Seal the jars and let them cool before storing in the refrigerator.
