Ingredients

  • 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon
  • 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Flake the salmon and combine it with grated Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, chopped green onion, chopped parsley, and garlic if desired.
  2. Separate the rolls into thin rounds and place them on a cookie sheet.
  3. Top each bread round with the salmon mixture.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes until hot and slightly golden.
  5. Serve immediately.
