Ingredients

  • 2 cans flaked salmon, deboned
  • 2 unbaked pie shells
  • 4 lb Cheddar cheese
  • 12 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp dill weed
  • 1 Tbsp ground mustard
  • 2 Tbsp parsley
  • 1 Tbsp garlic

Instructions

  1. Very lightly mix the deboned flaked salmon, grated Cheddar cheese, eggs, dill weed, ground mustard, parsley, and garlic in a mixing bowl.
  2. Pour equal amounts of the mixture into each unbaked pie shell.
  3. Bake in a 325°F (163°C) oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until the filling is firm and golden.
  4. Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream and fresh fruit on the side.
