Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups cooked and peeled shrimp
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 small green pepper, diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to a moderate temperature.
  2. Mix cooked rice, cooked and peeled shrimp, diced onion, diced green pepper, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and grated cheese together in a bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Top with additional grated cheese and paprika to taste.
  5. Bake in the oven until bubbly and the cheese has melted.
