- The day before serving, drain and remove bones from salmon. Break salmon into small pieces with a fork.
- Add salt, lemon juice, beaten egg, melted oleo, and Worcestershire sauce; mix thoroughly.
- Shape the mixture into 4 patties, wrap in plastic wrap or aluminum foil, and refrigerate overnight.
- The next day, crush enough cornflakes to make a cup of fine crumbs.
- Roll each patty in cornflake crumbs.
- Saute the patties in melted oleo until browned on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
