Salmon Devils
Ingredients
- 6 hard-cooked eggs ⓘ
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper ⓘ
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard ⓘ
- 3 drops hot pepper sauce or Tabasco sauce ⓘ
- chopped pimento for garnish ⓘ
- 1 small can salmon, drained and boned ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. chili sauce ⓘ
- 2 tsp. grated onion ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. salt ⓘ
- parsley pieces for garnish ⓘ
Instructions
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks.
- Put all ingredients into a food processor except pimento and parsley. Using steel blade mix well.
- Divide mixture among egg whites, heaping high. Garnish and serve.
