Ingredients

  • 4 oz. elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup cream of celery soup
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup salmon
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely cut pimiento

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni until al dente, then drain without rinsing.
  2. Combine the cream of celery soup and milk in a bowl.
  3. Add the cooked macaroni, salmon, pimiento, and 1/2 cup of grated cheese to the mixture and stir well.
  4. Turn the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top.
  6. Bake in a moderate oven for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
