A flavorful salmon marinade with lemon, dill, and tarragon vinegar, perfect for grilling and enhancing the fish's natural flavors with a zesty, herbaceous touch.

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 lemons (juice only)
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine with tarragon vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. Beau Monde
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. dill weed

Instructions

  1. Marinate up to 2 pounds of salmon for two or more hours before grilling.
  2. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  3. Place the salmon on Reynolds Wrap or grill grate.
  4. Grill on one side for 20 minutes, brushing with marinade during cooking.
  5. Turn over and grill the other side for 20 minutes or until the salmon is flaky.
  6. Serve immediately.
