Ingredients

  • 1 large can salmon
  • 4 Tbsp chopped green olives
  • 3 eggs, boiled
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 baked pie shell

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned salmon; remove skin and bones, then mash with a fork to break into small chunks.
  2. Add chopped green olives, salt, pepper, sugar, and two boiled eggs chopped into pieces.
  3. Mix in mayonnaise until well combined.
  4. Spread the salmon mixture into the baked pie shell.
  5. Cover with slices of American cheese.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
