Ingredients

  • 10 crackers, crushed finely
  • 1 can crabmeat (including juice)
  • 4 large mushrooms, chopped finely
  • 5 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. horseradish

Instructions

  1. Stuff each of the 4 large shrimp with the prepared stuffing mixture.
  2. Sprinkle the stuffed shrimp with melted butter.
  3. Cook the shrimp as desired, such as grilling or baking until cooked through.
