Ingredients

  • 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill
  • 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Flake the salmon into a buttered casserole dish.
  2. Mix the cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, lemon juice, chopped celery, dill, and shredded Cheddar cheese together.
  3. Pour the mixture over the flaked salmon in the casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and melt an additional 1/4 cup of Cheddar cheese over the top before serving.
