Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (15 oz.) can salmon, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) package chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream of celery soup and salmon juice in a microwave-safe casserole and microwave on High for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
  2. Add drained salmon, chopped broccoli, and cooked rice to the casserole and mix well.
  3. Cover the casserole with a vented lid or microwave-safe cover.
  4. Microwave on High for 8 minutes, stirring at 2 and 6 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, optionally with a salad.
