Ingredients

  • 15 1/2 oz can salmon, drained
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 water-packed artichokes, rinsed and drained
  • 1 green onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped dill
  • 3 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chives
  • 3 tablespoons chopped celery
  • 2 oz jar pimentos, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine salmon, sour cream, artichokes, green onion, dill, Tabasco sauce, chopped chives, chopped celery, and chopped pimentos in a blender.
  2. Process until firmly chopped.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Process for 30 seconds.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.
