Salmon Spread Supreme

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can Alaska red sockeye salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • assorted crackers

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, blend salmon, cream cheese, onions, lemon juice, horseradish and salt.
  2. Wrap in wax paper to form a ball. Chill one hour or until firm. Roll in parsley and nuts; chill until ready to use.
  3. Serve with crackers.
