Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 slices processed cheese
  • 1 Tbsp salsa
  • 3 oz oven roasted chicken breast
  • 2 tsp margarine

Instructions

  1. Place a slice of sourdough bread on a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Layer with processed cheese, salsa, oven roasted chicken breast, then top with the second slice of bread.
  3. Spread margarine on the outside of the sandwich.
  4. Cook until lightly browned on both sides.
