A hearty baked casserole combining seasoned ground beef, vegetables, creamy soups, and cheesy Tater Tots, perfect for comforting family dinners and casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 lb bag Tater Tots

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, chopped onion, and chopped green pepper in a skillet.
  2. Add the cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soups along with the Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and cover evenly with a layer of Tater Tots.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over the top, and return to oven for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
