Ingredients

  • 2 cups plum tomatoes, chopped (about 3 tomatoes)
  • 1 cup granny smith apple, chopped
  • 12 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 12 cup corn kernel, fresh
  • 12 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 14 cup green onion, chopped
  • 14 cup red onion, chopped
  • 2 12 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1 12 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, seeded,chopped
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 12 teaspoons sugar
  • 34 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, stirring well to combine.
  2. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
