Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 pkg. peanut butter chips
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 16 oz. jar dry roasted peanuts
  • 5-cup miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle half of the dry roasted peanuts on the bottom.
  2. Melt the margarine and peanut butter chips together.
  3. Add Eagle Brand milk and stir until well combined.
  4. Add marshmallows and stir until coated and melted.
  5. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the peanuts in the pan and press down.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining peanuts on top and press down gently.
  7. Allow to cool, then cut into small pieces.
