Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 8 oz. jar salsa
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 medium chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped black olives
  • Tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Blend cream cheese & sour cream in a bowl. Spread evenly in shallow serving platter. Spread salsa over top to within 1 in. of edge. Sprinkle cheddar cheese around edge of platter. Sprinkle tomatoes, green pepper, onion & olives in bull's eye pattern over cream cheese layer. Chill until serving time. Serve with tortilla chips.
