Ingredients

  • 8 oz. spaghetti
  • 11 oz. jar salsa
  • 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • Grated Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, combine the salsa, sliced mushrooms, and black beans.
  3. Heat the mixture over medium heat until warmed through.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and let melt before serving.
