  1. Preheat the oven and prepare an aluminum pan.
  2. Cut sausage in half and poke holes in each piece.
  3. Peel potatoes and cut into quarters.
  4. Arrange sausage on one side of the pan and potatoes on the other.
  5. Slice onions and place on top of the potatoes and sausage.
  6. Sprinkle potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  7. Pour water into the pan.
  8. Bake in the oven for 1 1/2 hours until cooked through and browned.
