Sausage Breakfast Loaf

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, sauté the sausage; let cool.
- In a bowl, combine the sausage, shredded mozzarella cheese, one egg, minced fresh parsley, onion salt, and garlic salt; mix well.
- Unroll the refrigerated pizza dough and roll into a 12 x 8 inch rectangle.
- Spread the sausage mixture down the center of the dough.
- Bring the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch the seams to seal.
- Place the loaf seam side down on a greased baking sheet and tuck the ends underneath.
- Beat the remaining egg and brush over the top of the loaf.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
