- In a large bowl, combine the biscuit mix and shredded cheddar cheese.

- Shape the mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball.
- Place the balls on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 375°F for about 17 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Cooked bites may be frozen and reheated at 375°F for 6 to 8 minutes.
