Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Bob Evans sausage
  • 2 large chopped onions
  • 2 chopped green peppers
  • 4 cups canned tomatoes
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Saute sausage, onions, and green peppers until browned.
  2. Add canned tomatoes, uncooked rice, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a large casserole dish.
  4. Cover and bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.
